With God as his foundation, Cory seeks to serve families walking through pregnancy and infant loss with compassion, hope, and love.Â
Our JourneyÂ
When Love Becomes Light was founded from a place of deep love, personal loss, and a calling to serve others.Â

In November 2024, Co-founder Kaitlyn, alongside her husband, and family, experienced the heartbreak of pregnancy loss firsthand at 16 weeks. Walking through that season of grief opened their eyes to how many families silently carry the same pain, often without the support or understanding they need.
​
Through prayer, reflection, and a desire to help others feel less alone, the vision of When Love Becomes Light began to take shape. Kaitlyn and Cory felt called to create a space where grieving mothers and families could find compassion, faith-based encouragement, and connection with other who truly understand. Â

What began as a personal journey has grown into a ministry focued on raising awareness of pregnancy and infant loss, honoring the lives of babies gone too soon, and helping families find hope and healing through faith and community.Â
